Digital Element Announces Release of Easy Interface™

Release of new product that hides palettes and toolbars frees users' screen space

OAKLAND, CA (March 12th, 2003) Digital Element, an Oakland-based software developer and publishing firm specializing in art tools, announced today the release of Easy Interface, a brand new palette management plug-in which helps users hide the toolbars and palettes in their favorite graphic applications. Easy Interface enables users to maximize their screen real-estate and increase productivity by reducing the time required to open and close windows and palettes.

Formerly called Interface Improver and developed by Linerock Productions, PC Graphics Report said of Easy Interface in its January issue: “Interface Improver has the potential to change the way we work with software. This innovative program allows windows to disappear and return as needed in a way application developers will surely emulate.”

With Easy Interface, palettes and toolbars hide off-screen in locations set by the user and appear when the mouse is moved close to them. With tools hidden off screen, users have their full screen to work on their projects. Easy Interface works with the following graphic applications: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe ImageReady, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Go-Live, QuarkXPress, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Fireworks, Macromedia Director, and Macromedia Freehand.

“The quality of technology we are seeing come out of Eastern Europe has always been amazing.” says Don McClure, President of Digital Element, Inc. “Now we are seeing a new generation of technologies packaged into products that worldwide markets want.” Easy Interface was designed by Linerock Productions. Digital Element has recently acquired worldwide distribution rights to the product. The President of Linerock, Victor Sazhin, “I am very excited about Easy Interface being published through Digital Element. We look forward to a long and strong partnership.”

Easy Interface is available immediately for $19 for a single host application version or $49 for the entire suite of host application versions and is available for Windows applications only. Visit www.EasyInterface.biz.
