Registration Info:

Thank you for buying a Digital Element Product!
Now that you have installed it,
Let’s unlock it so you can use it.

To run Digital Element's products, in addition to a serial number, you need a license number. You can obtain the license number here - choose the Product, your Operating System, press CONTINUE and fill out all of the information.

The e-mail address you give us will be used to send a confirmation e-mail with your license number.

Digital Element products are registered either from the HELP submenu or from the ABOUT button. In one of those two places you will find a REGISTER option. Choose this and a dialog box will appear for you to type in the serial number and license number. You will only be considered a registered user if our database has valid information for all of the fields. We are only able to supply free customer support to registered users. Unfortunately, due to piracy issues, we will not replace license numbers for most of our products - be sure to write down the serial number and the license number somewhere (not on your computer) and save them. If they are lost we will be unable to replace them.

Registration of Rosetta
for 3ds max

A Serial Number is a number you receive when you buy the product – either it's in the box or you receive it in an e-mail if you downloaded the product. It always has a dash in it. You need to enter the serial number with all of the numbers before the dash, then the dash, then all of the numbers after.
123-456789876 is an example.

A License Number is the number we e-mail to you after you register. It looks something like this: 1234 1234 1234 1234 1234 -- always enter the number with all of the spaces.

Registration of Rosetta
for Maya or LightWave

When installing the Rosetta plug-in for Maya and Lightwave, you will need to supply a user name and serial number. You will be requested to supply a name and a serial number. You will receive a license file (*.lic) via email, which must be saved on your machine. Then the Rosetta plug-in must be registered on the server.

To do this:
1. Start Communication server (CommServer.exe).
2. Start RegManager (RegManagerUI.exe).
3. Press "Ok".
4. Press "Load.." and load your license file.
5. Press "Save".
6. Press "Close".

Registration is now finished.

When the plug-in starts, it checks the availability and veracity of the license file. If something is wrong, a popup will inform you of the problem.

If you need to install Rosetta on another computer then you need to completely uninstall it on your current computer. You can then enter the serial and license number and unlock it on the new computer.

Contact support with any problems that this information doesn’t cover.

Please Install your product completely before registering this software. The software will run in either reduced-feature mode or 30-day trial mode until you register. We highly recommend that you register only after the product has been successfully installed and been run.
